Hi! I like to make most of my meals vegan. Now that I am on step 3, I find that the appropriate amount of vegan proteins plus a serving of complex carbs makes for a very large quantity of food. I’m a small framed person and I like to eat lightly but I’m having trouble with the three meals and so much protein. I feel like I am eating way too much food in general. I also prefer not to use the powdered protein “shakes” very often. I like real food! 🙂
Any ideas? Suggestions? I appreciate your help!
